Any individual know what kind of pattern I can get for this? I have furry boots and I can make the wings and ears and all. I just do not really know how to go about making the leading and skirt.

The easiest factor to do is acquire a pre-created best and skirt (quite inexpensive…try WalMart). You can then carefully take them apart at the seams and use the parts as pattern pieces for your furry material, or you could simply sew or glue your fabric over the top and skirt.
